Where is your physical bicycle shop located?
Our shop and workshop are located at House #140, Street #4, Main PWD Road, Block A, Media Town, Rawalpindi, 46000, Pakistan. We are situated right off the main PWD commercial avenue.
Does the bicycle arrive assembled?
Yes! For all in-store pickups and local doorstep deliveries in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, the bicycle is 100% pre-assembled and tuned by our mechanics. For nationwide box deliveries across Pakistan, bicycles are 85% pre-assembled in heavy cartons with tools included.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
For Mountain Bikes: Small (15"-16") fits riders 5'2" - 5'7", Medium (17"-18") fits 5'7" - 5'11", and Large (19"-20") fits 5'11" - 6'2". You can also check our interactive Sizing Chart on every product page or visit our Media Town shop for a free sizing consultation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Cash or Card at our shop counter for in-store pickup, and Direct Bank Transfer (Meezan Bank Ltd).
How much does delivery cost?
In-Store Pickup is 100% Free. Delivery within Rawalpindi & Islamabad is a flat Rs. 600. Nationwide freight delivery across Pakistan is Rs. 1,800 per bicycle in heavy protective boxes.
Can I test ride a bicycle before buying?
Absolutely! We encourage customers to visit our Media Town, Rawalpindi showroom to test ride bicycles and feel the geometry, gears, and brakes in person.
What are your shop working hours?
Monday through Thursday and Saturday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Friday: 02:30 PM to 10:30 PM (after Jummah). Sunday: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM.
