1. Pre-Delivery Inspection Guarantee
At Sohaib Branded Bicycles, all bicycles undergo a 15-point mechanical inspection before pickup or courier dispatch. If an item arrives damaged or mechanically defective due to transit, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
2. Frame Sizing Exchanges
If you ordered a bicycle and discover that the frame size is unsuitable for your height, you may exchange it for a different size within 7 days of purchase, provided the bicycle is unused, unridden outdoors, and in original pristine condition.
3. Workshop Adjustments
Minor cable stretch or gear misalignment during the initial 100 km break-in period is normal. We provide free complimentary gear and brake adjustments at our physical workshop located at House #140, Street #4, Main PWD Road, Media Town, Rawalpindi.
